Appointments and memberships

Direct booking collects the customer’s name, email, phone number, chosen service, team member and appointment time. Membership administration collects the member’s name, contact information, selected plan, payment reference, term dates, visit activity, and operational consent. This information is stored in Liya’s protected Sites D1 database and used to provide and administer the requested service.

SMS communications

If you separately opt in, Liya Eyebrow Threading may send appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling or cancellation updates, payment receipts, membership status and renewal updates, and limited service-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that support delivery of the requested communications, or when required by law.

Payments

Payment-card information is entered only on Shift4’s hosted checkout and is not collected or stored by the Liya website. Liya stores only the minimum payment request, provider reference, amount, mode, status, and reconciliation information needed to verify and administer the purchase.

Booking and membership status links contain long, unpredictable tokens. Keep these links private because anyone with the full link may view the associated limited status information.
